Cleansing With VitaRestore

How to start your cleanse:

Before starting your cleanse, it’s important that your drainage pathways are open. The main sign your drainage pathways aren’t open is not having a bowel movement at least once a day.

Other signs that your drainage pathways are stagnant are feeling full after a meal, fatigue, skin rashes, inflammation, fluid retention, swollen glands, suppressed immune system, etc.

If you suspect that your drainage pathways aren’t open, work on these steps prior to starting the cleanse:

  • Hydrate: Water is vital for a healthy lymphatic system.
    • Aim for 80–100 ounces of water per day to help flush out toxins and keep your lymphatic system functioning optimally.
    • Proper hydration supports the efficient transportation of lymph throughout the body, aiding in the removal of waste and toxins.
  • Sweat: Engage in activities that induce sweating, such as regular exercise, sauna sessions, or hot yoga.
    • Sweating assists in the release of toxins from the body, supporting the lymphatic system's natural detoxification process.
    • Additionally, it promotes healthy circulation and enhances overall well-being.
  • Dry Brushing: Incorporate dry brushing into your daily routine.
    • Using a natural bristle brush, gently exfoliate your skin in circular motions, starting from your extremities and moving towards your heart.
    • Dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic system, encouraging the elimination of toxins and promoting healthy circulation, resulting in a radiant and rejuvenated complexion.

  • Movement or Exercise: Regular movement and exercise play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy lymphatic system.
    • Engage in activities like brisk walking, yoga, or rebounding to stimulate lymph flow and prevent lymphatic congestion.
    • Physical movement encourages the efficient drainage of toxins and waste, contributing to improved overall health and vitality.
  • Parasite Cleanse Diet: Follow a parasite cleanse diet rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods. (see diet recommendations below)
    • Include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and fiber to support digestive health and promote optimal lymphatic function.
    • Minimize the intake of processed foods, sugars, and unhealthy fats that can burden the lymphatic system and hinder its ability to eliminate toxins.

If you still aren’t having a bowel movement at least once per day, consider taking a colon support or magnesium supplement.

Once your drainage pathways are open, you are ready to begin the cleanse! Be sure you can commit 30 days to following the supplement routine and sticking to the hydration and food plan as best as possible.
